Every board at its size
In the Mizan studio a piece is made of real boards, so the same design gives the workshop everything it needs without anyone measuring twice.
- Cut list: every board by length, width, thickness and quantity, which edges get banding, its colour and finish, and its shaping — an arch, a rounded corner, a cut-out.
- Labels: one per board with its number and size, to stick on as it is cut.
- Sheet layout: parts arranged on the stock sheets with the least waste, keeping plywood grain the right way.
- CNC and laser files (DXF): one per sheet, with each part's real outline — curves and cut-outs drawn.
- Cardboard: each part flattened with its tabs and slots, printed 1:1 on A4 or A3 and taped together.
Hardware and paint, counted
Hinges, handles, drawer slides, rails and screws are counted from the design itself, along with metres of edge banding and square metres of paint per colour, with an estimate in litres.
The quote writes itself
From your prices for boards, hardware, paint and labour and your margin, Mizan gives the cost, the selling price and a quote ready to print.
