From the studio to the POS in one click
The "🛒 POS" button on a design makes it a product — with its name, price, picture and a description of its pieces and sizes — in the "Decor designs" category.
Materials leave stock on their own
Link each board and each piece of hardware to its product in stock (or "Link by name"), then:
- Made to order: every sale takes the boards, hardware and paint from stock, and a cancelled order puts them back.
- Ready pieces in limited numbers: raising the count takes the materials then, a sale does not take them again, and the POS will not sell more than you have.
The agreement and the payments
An agreed price with the customer, and deposits and instalments recorded as POS orders with a receipt each; the design's card shows what is paid and what remains. When production starts, the materials are taken once.
And online too
Mark the design "for sale in my online showcase" and it appears in your showcase; an online order takes its materials the same way.
